Easy cheesy rice with prawns for kids.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 cup of passata
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese
- 1 slice of feta
- Handful of prawns
- Handful of spinach
Instructions
- Cook the rice to the instructions on the bag, drain and leave to one side.
- Heat the passata in a small frying pan and add the prawns and the cooked rice.
- Cook on a low heat for 5 minutes. Add the cheese slowly.
- Once melted add the feta and spinach and serve.
